Adobe Flash is a browser extension, not a standalone app.
You can install it through the Chrome web browser and it will be installed and accessible from any website, including the Internet Explorer browser.
It is also available as a standalone application.
Here are some steps you can take to get Flash Player on your Chrome browser.
Download the Adobe Flash plugin from Adobe.com or Adobe’s website.
Open up a new tab in the Chrome browser and browse to the Adobe.exe file you downloaded.
Double click on the file.
You will be presented with a window similar to the one below.
On the next screen, click the install button.
Adobe Flash will now install.
On your next browser refresh, you will see that Adobe Flash has installed and you can launch Adobe Flash from your browser.
If you have multiple browsers open at once, you may see a progress bar at the bottom of the browser.
If it does not work, click here to reset the browser to its default settings.
When you have Flash installed and activated, you can begin to use Adobe Flash to open webpages.
For example, here is a sample of an Adobe Flash page.
Open the Chrome Developer Tools and click the Adobe icon at the top left corner of the window.
Select the Advanced tab from the toolbar at the left side of the developer tools.
In the Tools menu, click About Adobe Flash.
In About Adobe, click Flash Player.
You may also see a warning message asking if you want to enable the Flash Player plugin.
In your Flash Player preferences, you should now see the Flash icon at bottom right of the page.
Click on it to open Adobe Flash’s menu bar.
In this menu bar, click on Advanced Settings and click on Enabled to enable Flash Player’s feature.
Click Apply to begin installing Adobe Flash in your browser and continue browsing the web.
